Charlotte is an advocate of holistic well-being, with a passion for movement, mindset, and healing.

She guides people back to balance through Mindset Life Coaching, Pilates (Mat & Reformer), Yoga, Breathwork, Sound Healing, and Energy Work.

After spending over a decade in the fast-paced creative world - living in London, Hong Kong, and Bali - Charlotte experienced the effects of burnout both physically and mentally. Holistic practices became a key part of her recovery, helping her find balance, strength, and clarity.

Charlotte will be teaching a variety of Pilates classes at Flow (Mat & Reformer), catering for all levels—whether you’re brand new or more advanced in your practice. As a new mum, she brings a compassionate approach to recovery, drawing from both her training and personal experience of healing after an emergency C-section and rebuilding core strength through Pilates.

Expect a blend of styles - from strong, powerful, and spicy sessions where you’ll feel the burn, to slower, restorative flows that ground and reset.

Charlotte’s inclusive, nurturing approach meets you exactly where you are - physically, emotionally, and energetically - helping you feel confident, connected, and empowered.
