After three decades in high-level corporate roles, Debs chose to follow a lifelong calling and retrain as a yoga teacher.

‘What began as a way to prepare my body soon became a sanctuary for my mind and spirit. Over the years, yoga has supported me through trauma, injury, and mental health challenges, always guiding me back to balance and resilience.’

Debs’ classes are shaped by her personal journey and professional experience. She brings deep empathy, inclusivity, and a calm strength from years spent supporting others in high-pressure environments.

Debs’ aim is to create a beautiful, welcoming space where students can safely flow, rest, and reconnect; retreating from the noise of daily life and returning to themselves.
